1. About Us

This website is operated by Tash Ventures trading as Mary Jane’s Bakery & Deli, located at 46, Shubh Enclave, Haralur Main Road, Bengaluru 560102. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking via Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if an item becomes unavailable.

3. Custom & Pre-Order Cakes

  • Custom cake orders require a minimum of 48–72 hours advance notice depending on complexity.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.
  • Final designs are subject to our team’s confirmation. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
  • Cancellations of custom orders within 24 hours of the delivery/pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Delivery

  • We offer same day delivery to select areas in Bangalore subject to order cutoff times.
  • Delivery charges vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Perishable items should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed within the period specified on the product.

5. Freshness & Quality

  • All our products are made fresh daily using quality ingredients.
  • Shelf life varies by product. Please refer to product-specific guidance at time of purchase.
  • If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photograph.

6. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

  • Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and other common allergens.
  • While we offer eggless and vegan options, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
  • Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering at corp@maryjanesdeli.com.

  • All content on this website including images, logos, product descriptions and branding is the property of Tash Ventures / Mary Jane’s Bakery & Deli.
